Pending receipt of the funds from invoices, this means we have raised enough for the initial goal of an MSDN Professional subscription! Thank you to all!. I still encourage people to give if they are able. Additional funds will be put toward future pGina effort through purchase of tools, documentation etc. Accordingly, anyone who contributes will also be included in the beta program for the Vista edition when it becomes available. Thanks for your continued support!

The plugin bundle has been updated to include the latest RADIUS and LDAPAuth plugins built for the x86_64 version of pGina. Thanks to Holger for rebuilding the RADIUS plugin!

You read that right. pGina 1.8.8 is now up on the Sourceforge site for download. Here is the changelog for this version:

- Merged TS/RDP credential retrieval code from Marc Hocking
- Merged domain admin unlock fix from Michael Brotzman
- Include x86_64 build/installer
- Merged Secondary Login Script patch from Carolina Bruzzoni
- Include Thai locale
- Domain user unlock (self) fix from Michael Brotzman
- Domain support in TS/RDP code, *should* fix Single User + Domain + TS/RDP

Note that users who do not have the .NET Framework 2.0 installed should also install the included vcredist package (included in the pGina package zip file) as this contains redistributable components required by pGina.

Of course the highlight here is the x86_64 build/installer which is now included. Please note however, that a 64 bit dll (i.e. pGina) cannot load a 32 bit dll (i.e. plugins). So currently the x64 build is really only useful for developers wishing to build their own x64 plugins. Any plugin developers who can, should provide me an x86_64 build/installer for their plugin and I’ll update the plugin bundle accordingly. I am also working on a rebuild of the LDAPAuth plugin for x64 to be released RSN - so watch here for more news when there is some.

I’d like to thank Dalhousie University Faculty of Computer Science for their generous support, which led to my being able to complete the x86_64 port! Thanks!

Ahmed has updated the SSH plugin to include a fix for the hanging connection issue some users experienced. Thanks Ahmed!
